Terms and Conditions

ORDERING

  • Prices, specifications, fabrics are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are accepted via phone, fax, email, or post, subject to confirmation from us.
  • All prices are FOB ship point.

PAYMENT

  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • Credit Card Authorization Form is available here.
  • We will charge your credit card with applicable shipping charges at the time of shipment.
  • Open accounts and terms may be established by submitting a Credit Application for review.
  • We do not accept personal checks.
  • Returned checks will incur a $25 bank and processing fee.
  • Sales tax is assessed for all shipments within California.

SHIPPING

  • A Shipping Request Form may be downloaded here.
  • A handling/fuel surcharge fee is added to all shipments.
  • We cannot be held responsible for the performance of any shipper.
  • Shipper’s insurance for the replacement value of each shipment is added to all shipments.
  • Any loss or damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and buyers are advised to immediately notify the carrier in writing within 48 hours of any such loss.

RETURNS

  • Report any discrepancy with your order within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • There are no returns on cut merchandise, special orders, or custom fabrications.
  • Returnable (unused and unaltered) goods incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • All Will Call orders must be picked up within 30 days.
